I am going Clean for 30 days starting today June 2, 2010. I did my first Clean Cleanse back in January and it was AMAZING! And, I went to Hippocrates Health Institute for 3 weeks in April for our honeymoon! :) And, now here it is June and I want to go deeper into Clean Living!
I have made some huge transitions and shifts in the last few months. I have been studying and experimenting with cleansing and nutrition for over the last decade and I am feeling like it is all coming together for me. I am noticing my emotional connection and triggers with certain foods more and more. It feels great to have the awareness and yes, I still do indulge in them. But, the indulging doesn’t feel good anymore (not that it did before but I have less tolerance with feeling crappy). I loooove feeling super yummy and emotional eating & eating too much doesn’t create that juicy feeling in my body!
I am seeing the Clean program as a way of living and one that I have found works best. I feel awesome when I'm eating light in the morning with a bigger lunch, minimal snacks, lots of green juice and a light dinner. Every time I follow this way of eating I feel fantabulous! So, why wouldn’t I continue rockin’ it!?! ☺
I love the context that Clean gives and I find that when I have clear intentions and committed blissipline practices I thrive and I live at my highest potential. When, I don’t…I suffer, I feel less than vibrant and don’t radiate my true essence! Reminds me of a great quote by Michael Beckwith about how we need discipline (or as he calls it blissipline) as we move from the small self to the Authentic Self. I dig it! ☺
Here is the quote:
“The transition from the egoic self to the Authentic Self requires discipline... The good news is that discipline eventually becomes what I call a “blissipline” because it leads to playing our part with integrity, dignity, elegance, passion, and deep contentment…We’ve all experienced how discipline sometimes causes an automatic rebellion or resistance within us. We don’t like the energy around the word discipline, perhaps because of the place it has occupied in our upbringing, education or religion. However, a healthy view of discipline keeps us on track in areas of our life where we’ve determined to make a change. Discipline is a practice of self-love, self-respect, and surrender that results in freedom.”
I love the idea of playing our part with integrity, dignity, elegance, passion and deep contentment! What’s not to love about that!?! ☺
I'm ready to rock the Clean Program & continue to practice self-love, self-respect, & sweet surrender to the yumminess!☺
Love & Body Bliss ~

P.S. I did an awesome interview with Dr. Junger HERE! :)

I prefer this program (ingredients and vibe-wise too) hands down over the Clean Program:

Thanks DAnielle!
I will check it out. I love Clean and their vibe in my opinion is pretty amazing! Super good peeps running that biz! And, they are working on a 100% vegan, organic kit right now. But, you can do the cleanse without using their kit and just follow Dr. Junger's book as well.
Thanks again for the link. I look forward to checking it out because I totally love this stuff as you probably know! ;)

lSzwss Is anybody strong in radio here? We need a colleague who would tell us briefly about the transistor T2. I hope there are radio amateurs here. If it`s not on the subject at all, then I`m sorry. I have to write because I have no choice. PS: if the spelling is not right then also I'm sorry, I'm just 13 years old!...
