Happy Holidays! I hope you had a divine Christmas day!
Today is Day 1 of my 21 Clean Cleanse. I am super excited about it. It took me a bit to get to this point, but now that I am starting I am giddy excited. And, my baby got me a Hurom juicer for Christmas. OMG I LOOOOOOVE IT! I made 50 oz of juice this morning in like 10 minutes and cleaned it in like 2 minutes. As much as I have loved my GreenStar juicer...this Hurom just made my life a whole lot juicer!!! :) And, I am excited to juice most days! Oh, how my cells are going to celebrate with daily vegetable juice!!
And, in my video I talked about the Blue Zone habits for living a healthy long life. And, I really excited about implementing these into my daily life.
I know for me I want to chew more and I want to slow down and enjoy more. And, also create my life around my rituals of meditation, napitations (naps + guided meditations), movement, set times for creativity, play and reading/studying. I feel best when these are my priorities and I am being diligent about my self-care routine!
I know that I want to live till I am over 100 and be vibrant, active, healthy and happy. So, this blue zone goodness really inspires me. Here are two more videos about these communities I found interesting!
