(I was planning to start the Clean protocol tomorrow but it seems as though my body is ready to rock it today! :)
My fabulous training for today...
AM - 45 minute yoga
PM - 20 minute rebounder 30 minute walk
I had an awesome, productive & creative day!! I am so excited about my training and about my nutrition and about rockin' the CLEAN program for the next 21 days!!
I interviewed Kris Carr yesterday and it was *awesome*! She is such an amazing Goddess. I will let ya know when the interview is up!
