Day 7 & Day 8

Day 7 6/26

Nourishment
16 oz cucumber juice
smoothie
sprout salad with yum dressing and millet
chai tea with fresh almond milk
smoothie with 1 Tbs. psyllium, stevia, water (not good at all :)
bowl of millet with coconut amino acids

I was soooo hungry tonight. And, I chose to eat some millet. I am not interested in really doing a deep cleanse right now. I am just wanting to gently guide my mind/emotions/eating patterns into a way that feels most nourishing for me. I feel that this way of eating and nourishing my body is optimal for me right now. I want this to be a lifestyle not just a 21 day food program. :)

Training
AM - 30 minute dance (5 Rhythms)
PM - 35 minute hike


Day 8  6/27


Nourishmen
t
16 oz of cucumber juice & bee pollen & 2 oz of wheatgrass
30 oz of lemon water
smoothie (sun warrior, 2 c of spinach, chia seeds, stevia)
millet & salad
chai tea with almond milk
smoothie (clean shake with chia seeds and 1/2 of almond milk, stevia)

Training
AM - 35 minute rock star training (singing & dancing :) and then 10 minute of sun salutations
PM - 2 mile run - 1 mile walk = 30 minute

Totally felt ridiculously divine this morning doing my rock star training. I looove to sing and dance! :)
