Hello fellow Goddesses (& Heroes!)
I have had an incredible week full of bliss and love and joy and expansion. I am so happy! :)
The Rock Your Goddess Life program started yesterday! AMAZING GODDESSES in the group. I am so inspired and excited about the next 12 weeks.
The energy that we have already created is beautiful, powerful and sacred. I am in awe of the power of Goddess energy! There is some major mojo inside all of us radiant Goddesses that I can see blossoming. And, it feels good and I feel blessed to be a co-creator in this beautiful unfolding.
For the next 12 weeks my intention is to love, guide and hold space for transformation on all levels for these women. To be a clear channel, to be fully present, and to continue to rock my own life! :)
I have chosen to focus on sensuality for the next 12 weeks. My affirmation is “I am living a deliciously sensual Goddess life.” How Yum to the E does that sound!?! :) It is an area where I have had moments of pure bliss & pleasure. And, moments where I have hidden and run away from pleasure… from my sexuality and sensuality! So, for me it is all about enjoying this beautiful body of ecstasy!
It is enjoying all of my senses, it is allowing me to be a gorgeously sexy woman, it allowing myself to get turned on by life, it is me radiating energy and vitality and deep self love. It is about really becoming best friends with my body and trusting my body wisdom and allowing myself to experience pleasure daily. Ahhhhh, just writing this feels amazing! :)
In the next 2 weeks I have an amazing 5 day training with Katie Hendricks all about tapping into body wisdom and living from this place of body knowing. And, then I am also doing a sex workshop with Celeste Hirschman. Yeah, baby! :) I am consciously choosing to experience pleasure and mindfulness when I am eating, breathing, walking, moving, kissing, and sexin'! :) (I think in the next 12 weeks I am going to be having a lot more sex! :)
Bring it! How great is life? :) I am so lovin' it!
Ok, this Goddess needs to get her self-care on and get to bed!

So the sex workshop you went to WAS with Celeste... YAY!!! She is a friend of mine :) from SF... I actually first met her through a party I threw for members of Zaadz (so, thanks for Brian for helping that connection exist, too!).
Hooray for Celeste, sensuality, BIG LOVE! Hooray for more sex! ;)
