Lemon Water, Yerba Mate

Squash,Zucchini, Kale Stir Fry with Millet
Chai tea with almond milk & stevia
Sprout Salad & raw crackers
Smoothie
My Training was...
AM ~ 15 minute rebounder and 20 minute run/5 minute walk
PM ~ 20 minute walk & 30 minute Strength Training
Reflections ~ My run today was heavenly delicious! It felt soooo good! :) I totally felt like I was in the flow! And, it felt awesome to train twice today! My energy was awesome and balanced and I felt strong in my body! I am loving it! :)
