32 days till we get married. Wow. I am going to be a married woman very soon! ☺ I have realized that the best way to have the most conscious, amazing, loving, sexy relationship is to be all of those things for myself…to live my life in integrity with my Goddess values and to turn myself on. When I am rockin’ and feelin’ super amazingly delicious then how I show up for Brian is pure Goddess energy. And, it is almost impossible not to have a kick ass relationship when a woman brings all of her Goddess energy to the partnership! Yum!
We have done lots of partnership/communication work with Gay & Katie Hendricks and I have done the Understand Men/PAX curriculum. And, I currently feel like I need some more mojo in my health/vitality and sensuality/sexuality. When I am feeling super yummy in my body then I bring my sensuality and sexuality to our partnership. And, if I am not, well, then, yeah… I don’t bring it as much!!
I just ordered some sexy books from Amazon and I am going to really stay present to cultivating and deepen my sensual self. It is a moment to moment practice and a choice! I can either consciously choose how I want to show up in my relationship with Brian and my sensuality or not. I find that enjoying my sensuality is lower on the priority list. Most of us women were never taught that pleasure was ok and something that we could actually play for! I feel like I am rewiring my brain to have enjoyment and pleasure be top on my list of things to do! ☺
I am also going to go Raw (well, almost raw! :). I have tried so many different ways of eating. And, for me eating a mostly raw diet feels the best. I feel more alive, more present, more inspired, more engaged and more energetic! Yet, I still love to eat grains (more than what feels best in my body) and more sweets treats (even if they are healthy they just don’t make me feel super energized!). So, I’m going to optimized on the nutrition front for the next month.
I am not going to go 100% raw vegan! These are my current game rules:
Lots of green juices and smoothies
Lots of salads
No sugar (well sugar as in cane juice, agave, or honey, or maple syrup)
Low fruit consumption
No cooked grains (but will eat sprouted/dehydrated quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, millet)
And, for the cooked food mojo:
Steamed/Stir-Fry veggies
Baked beets, carrots, potatoes
And, not going to be vegan because I am going to eat raw eggs and raw butter on occasion if I am feeling it! ☺
So, that is my plan for the next 4 weeks!! It might be a bit challenging because I have been enjoying my grains and my sweet treats. But, within the week I will start to feel incredible and it will all become super easy and I will get in the flow.
It is usually just getting in the flow that is challenging for me with anything but once I am there I totally rock it!
Hope all is yummy, sexy and delicious in your world!

P.S. I realized I am on target for my Ph.D. in Goddess Living! I have been rockin’ it for 1 year and I will have 3 more years to go before I complete my self created program! ☺ Yahoooo! Love it!

hi alexandra!! I just started a 20 day cut the crap challenge.. it sounds like you are doing and have done quite similar things in the past. My question to you is how to get past those HUGE sugar attacks that are going to hit. Today is day one. Usually I immediately want something sweet after lunch and dinner.. so far so good as I went and brushed my teeth after lunch.. I wont always have that option.
Also I am dying to know what is the benefit of sprouted foods??
I might extend my challenge to your wedding date.. we will see how I have done up to day 20!! (april 16th)

hi tiffany! :) niiice love the cut the crap challenge! :)And yay for april 16th that is my birthday! :) :)
Hmmm sugar attacks...what I do is have some sweet tea with stevia this seems to work for me! And, then literally committing to not having them, the cravings dissolve after awhile, but in my experience it does take a bit more willpower to power through the rough spots! :)
And, sprouted foods...are suppose to have more nutrients, life force and enzymes. They are less processed and they are more in integrity with their natural state which means the body digests them easier and you get more bang for your buck. When we cook the grains/seeds they lose some of this mojo! :)
