I love my life. I am so grateful for all the magic that unfolds daily. And, it is also a work in progress…to find my balance, to live my essence, to be enthusiastic and happy, and to be love. Most days I wake up excited to rock the day. But, this isn’t always the case! Sometimes I can be crabby, moody, sad, frustrated and poopy! I am way more open and loving to these parts of myself than I used to be! And, I also have learned that love, happiness, health, and enthusiasm come from being present, aware, and having an unwavering commitment to being loving, happy, healthy and enthusiastic.

I feel best when I am expanding my limits in this temple called my body. I feel best when I am aware of how I am nourishing my body and how I am moving my body. I feel best when I consciously allow the love to pour through my delicious body.

I feel as though I have gotten a bit off track with my commitment to love, health, happiness and enthusiasm! So, I am turning it up!

I am committed to rockin’ my Goddess Bride! I am getting married in 6 ½ weeks and I want to be the most radiant and loving Goddess I can be…body, mind & spirit! I am going to be blogging and sharing what I am doing to prepare for our wedding! :)

My intention for the next 6 ½ weeks is to expand in love, vitality, intimacy, energy, beauty, and goddessness…to be the most radiant, glowing, and loving Goddess I can be. And, open to an even deeper love and connection with myself and with Brian.
