Hello Goddesses!
I started my training today and shared part of my Goddess Fitness workout today in the video above. :) I love my Goddess Fitness workouts with yoga, strength, cardio, & free style dancin' (just like this video!). It is the best workout ever!!
My nourishment was alright today. Still had my dark chocolate & my hot cocoa. But, thrilled I worked out. OMG! Seriousy, it felt sooooo gooood to workout with focus & intensity. My cells were singing for joy! :)

You put a smile on my face seeing you speaking and then dancing freely...This is how I always saw dancing is an expression of how we feel deep inside about ourselves and everthing that surrounds us...Keep dancing Alexandra and I will remember your free spirit the next time I dance freely :) I haven't done it in a while but tonight I will :)
