Dancin', giggles and strength

 

 


Happpy Saturday.

Wow, this week went by so fast. It was INCREDIBLE!

I just got home from date night with my sexy man! We went for an incredible sunset hike check this pic out here. (Oh, and speaking of FB check out my new Rock Your Goddess Life page http://facebook.com/rockyourgoddesslife)

So, back to the date night... we then went shopping for some new clothes. Shopping isn't either one of our favorite things to do. I don't think I am typical woman - I go shopping like twice a year! :) Seriously! Maybe, if I had a fashionista who was helping me rock it I would be all about it. But, fashion... yeah just isn't my thing (need some tips! :)

Then, Brian bought me a black and pink cruiser bike with a pink basket. OMG! Are you kidding me, how flippin' cool is that? :) I will for sure share a video of me rockin' it. I am going to look so damn cute and got an awesome helmet. Well, actually I think I look pretty nerdy. But, as far as helmets go this is the cutest one! My head is more important than looking cute right!?! :)

Then, we had an incredible dinner at an Indian restaurant ! I love date nights. They are so much fun! 

So, my real intention for this blog was... INSPIRATION!! I have been really inspired this week. And, am such an evangelist for living a life you LOVE! Why wouldn't we do everything that we loved to do!?! I know I have been stopped by fear many times in my life. But, for real...we only get one go around and why not have a blast, loving every minute of it? Passion and Inspiration are on my mind tonight.

I think I will have to create a video about this next week. But, for now, a shower, and then off to read in bed (one of my favorite joys! :).

Chair/Wall pushups 10-20 reps
Tricep Chair chips 10-20 reps
Squats 10-20 reps
Absicles (as Brian says ;) 10 each leg
Rest & Dance
Repeat 1-4 times!! ☺
