Rich people…take responsibility for the results in their lives and act upon the mind-set “It will work because I’ll make it work.”

As electricity is a great power in the world, so the inner mind is the greatest power available to you. Neither operates independently; both depend upon a separate agency to ignite them to action, and both bring helpful or harmful results according to the wisdom or ignorance with which they are directed.

To be engrossed by something outside ourselves is a powerful antidote for the rational mind, the mind that so frequently has its head up its own ass.

I never let the thought of failure enter my mind. My knowledge of my unity with the Universal One and the fact that I must do this thing, and the inspired belief I should do it as a demonstration of my belief in man’s unlimited power, made me ignore the difficulties that lay in the way.

Any one thing in the creation is sufficient to demonstrate a Providence to a humble and grateful mind.

“It’s a sin to be poor!” He wasn’t referring to moral turpitude, but rather to “the frustration of potentiality.” He believed and taught that, when we establish ourselves in the consciousness of God, the whole universe moves to flow into us with its abundance of life and substance. This is obviously what Jesus had in mind when he said, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.”

Confidence is a resolute state of mind by which you believe nothing is impossible.

Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing.

Only your mind can produce fear.

Human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.

Hold on to the center and make up your mind to rejoice in this paradise called life.
