This is an awesome & quick workout that you can do for a time period of 5-25 minutes. Just keep repeating the exercises. Or do 1-5 rounds

It is a great way to get some quick cardio in there without having to go to the gym! :)
6 Sweet Potatoes
2-3 tbl. Coconut Oil
very small amount :) of Grated Ginger
Fresh Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
Sea Salt (not a tsp. maybe like 1/4 of a tsp.)
Cinnamon (1/4 tsp.)
Pumpkin Spice (1/4 tsp.)
Play with it and see how it tastes. Always best to experiment and see what you like! :)
