I have daily morning rituals that consist of meditation, journaling, praying, reading and moving my body!! And, I have always like the idea of sex being spiritual communion. But, I do not have the same rituals set up around my sexuality.

I think sex is divine. I also think we have been conditioned in ways that don't serve us around our bodies and sexuality. We may think sex is dirty, or that it something to keep private (even our own desires). Some may may want deep love but settle for sex instead. And, many believe you should only have sex if you are married. I personaly don't think that any of these thoughts serve our highest (sexual) self! :)

Sexuality is growing in to be on of my passions! I think it is so important. I mean hello, my Mom and my Dad had to have sex for me to be alive, writing this right now!! Sexuality is creation, God! I do believe that it deserves great love and devotion.

I am going to play around with it. And, every time I have sex, I am going to hold the intention of devotion to the Divine, to my lover and to myself. I declare my sexuality as holy and sacred!!
