Appreciation & Self Love

I know when I get challenged or stressed appreciation and self love go out the window! There is no feeling of gratitude and wonder and the world seems full of fear and limitation!! But, when I shift to appreciation there is a change in my energy. And, I would agree with Abraham it feels like Source, like a divine rainbow in my heart! :)

Appreciation is a fabulous daily practice to get in to!!! I was renewed and inspired to fully embody and embrace this practice today after reading  Mathew Engelhart's bio on the Cafe Gratitude website!(AWESOME!)

If you already feel like you appreciate your life see if you take it up to the next level. And, if you aren't practicing daily appreciation; go get a journal or a notebook and start writing at least 5 things you are grateful for when you wake up and when you go to bed. And, see how you feel after doing this for a week!

You can't help but be happy and enthusiastic about life and the abundance of good when you are being appreciation! :)
