I have experienced the power of a disciplined mind and I can see the benefits that it brings. I also have experienced the sufferering that is created when I am not disciplined!

The yummy for today is have it be a game. Create a fun game to discipline your mind. Think only happy thoughts, think positive loving thoughts. Every thought matters, and every thought is creating your future!! And, we all want to create a fun, happy future right. Then, get to planting good seeds! :)
