The Sun Never Says by Hafez

Even after all this time

the sun never says to the earth, “You owe me.”

Look what happens with a love like that –

it lights up the whole world

A big smile came upon me when I read this today!!

Do we walk around saying to the world, “You owe me?”

What would it look like if we lit up the whole world because that is what we are here to do, just like the sun!?! :) Not, because we feel entitled, and because we want the reward but just because it is our destiny to shine and radiate our divine selves out to the world!

I truly believe that we are here to shine our light and that we all have a unique gift to give! The question is do we know what that gift is, and how do we best shine!?!

A hint: it is what makes us feel most alive, it is following our bliss wherever She may lead us! We must trust ourselves and allow our gifts to pour out!
