Exhilaration! What a great word! :) When do feel most exhilarated!?!

I find that often times as a society many of us aren’t exhilarated. People are just doing what needs to be done, and living day to day without a lot of joy coursing through their lives! And, if there is joy it isn’t the dominant emotion!

I have been there until I made the commitment to live in bliss everyday!! Now I feel passionate excited and connected to source because I am truly thrilled about my life and what I am creating in the world and who I am becoming!

So, if we want to connect to God we need to feel exhilaration. I think of it as God’s reward for checking in!! We feel good, we are happy, our bodies are healthy and life is flowing through us when we are joyful.

Let’s make it a daily practice. If inspired; create the intention right now to be happy and commit to doing what makes you feel exhilarated! Enjoy the ride! :)
