Look in the mirror at least once today and smile at yourself! Try it and see how good it feels.

 

And, if you are not feeling super happy lightly tap your thymus gland (google it if you don’t know where it is ;) and then put a big ole grin on your face! This is a natural and fun way to release the feel good endorphins into your body.

 

You can’t feel crabby and depressed while smiling. So, we need to make sure we are doing it everyday! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
