This seems to be a hard thing for us to do. Just rest, and not do a thing. Our minds are racing and we become disconnected from God! 

Life is hard work when we are separated from God. Have you ever experienced life when you felt like you were in the “zone,” in the “flow”? That is when you are connected to God and to live from that place is where the goodness is. And, when we don’t align ourselves with God, we have to work really hard and life feels challenging!

So, today rest, enjoy and connect to God and let life flow through you! ☺
